At a young age I heard a Sunday School lesson about hell and was afraid about going to a place of total destruction I raised my hand and a teacher dealt with me but it wasn't until my Junior year in college that the Lord began to get a hold of my heart and I put my faith and trust in God November 15, 1991. While attending at Maranatha Baptist University, God was working on me to be willing to do whatever the Lord had planned for my life and I surrendered to preach the gospel. I began to help at First Baptist Church in Hartford, Wisconsin as a youth director and it was at this time the Lord affirmed in my heart that I was to be a pastor. I also have worked as a ​youth pastor in Wyoming and Illinois. While attending Maranatha, I married the love of my life, Christy, and we have been married for over 32 years.  My wife and I have four children and three grandchildren.
